The Workday Security & Data Analyst shall lead the design and execution of security protocols and data migration strategies within the Workday environment. This Analyst will configure and manage security settings, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and oversee the accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to Workday. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for security and data management. Additionally, the Analyst will conduct regular audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity and system security. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.Description

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4-8 years' experience in a technology role with data and security administration experience required.
  • Experience in data conversion and migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with role-based permissions, domain security policies, and security group management.
  • Strategic problem-solving ability, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, integration, testing, and quality assurance within projects.
  • Ability to successfully complete work within rigid time constraints.
  • Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
  • Works well in a progressive, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP security configurations, including role-based permissions, domain security policies, and security group management.
