The Data Analyst will be responsible for the design/ development of reports for the organization's Call Center. They will develop and maintain the report type, test and validate reports, write complex queries, and present data. This individual must be technical, but also has the ability to speak to non technical folks within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

MUST BE LOCATED IN:

Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia
- 3 years of experience with report development in a Microsoft Environment, specifically in a Contact Center / Call Center
- Strong experience with PowerBI, SQL, Excel
- Experience writing complex queries and stored procedures
- Ability to present data to VP & C level Executives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- BPO Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
