Head of Workplace and Identity Services Responsible for the executing Workplace and Identity technology roadmap and the development of standard, global services to support the business and application requirements.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Part of Infrastructure Services Leadership Team
  • Act as main stakeholder for Workplace and Identity related activities
  • Defining, getting buy-in for, and delivering the portfolio of work to deliver on the integrated roadmap, measured by progress against the roadmap for the Workplace and Identity Services
  • Own the Workplace and Identity service end to end - ensuring production stability.
  • Putting in place relevant controls and mechanisms to manage exceptions to engineering standards.
  • Assuring infrastructure and end-user technologies and products,ensuring appropriate security, availability, resilience and continuity are built-in.
  • Identify and manage any single points of failure (risk, continuous improvement, knowledge management)
  • Formal risk articulation (manage from entry to closure)
  • Serving as one of the primary points of contact for infrastructure service providers and coordinating third-party infrastructure service design, provisioning, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Building and leading a high-performing, technical team that has the skills to deliver Workplace and Identity services that meet the business needs
  • Coaching, developing and motivating your team through inspirational leadership and effective people management practices.

Technical Expertise / Certifications:

  • Indepth undertstanding of Workplace and Identity Development and Operations leading practice.
  • Capable of comminicating to various level -CXO, Development, Project Management, Engineer, Operations.
  • 20+ years experience in a relevant field
