JOB SUMMARY:
Events Associates, Global Events Associates, Senior Associates and Mangers will assist and work with the organization to coordinate and support details surrounding Textron Aviation's presence at industry trade shows and customer events to ensure the company is properly represented. The team will collaborate cross-functionally to support and represent the entirety of the business.

Events Associates, Global Events Associates, Senior Associates and Mangers will assist and work with the organization to coordinate and support details surrounding Textron Aviation's presence at industry trade shows and customer events to ensure the company is properly represented. The team will collaborate cross-functionally to support and represent the entirety of the business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer focused role that is responsible for developing relationships as well as maintaining administrative details.
- Collaborate within the Global Events and Partnerships team and Textron business units to leverage opportunities and ensure successful execution of events.
- Effectively communicate across multiple teams within Textron Aviation to ensure timely execution of events.
- Comfortable engaging internal and external customers/vendors to address logistics throughout the entirety of the event development and execution process.
- Creates and implements pre/post event reports which include qualitative and quantitative data collected on-site including event follow up with Sales staff to determine strengths and opportunities for future events.
- Maintain a show budget with some guidance from show lead and manager, learning the technical skill of executing shows and events within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer experience is consistent both at tradeshows and customer events.
- Expected travel 25-50% of the year.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field.
- Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strengths include: project and time management, strong executive and customer facing presence, action oriented and quick to react to business opportunities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, technically savvy, composure during problem solving and conflict resolution, budget management
