J OB SUMMARY:

Work in a team environment to research and manage workflow within experimental functional areas. Ensure parts are moving (WIP) and completed ahead of the build need date for various developmental programs and test articles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with shop build teams to ensure parts are completed and delivered ahead of schedule.
  • Assist with establishing and managing priorities on experimental production orders.
  • Work with experimental functional areas to identify design changes, late parts, or other issues.
  • Work with build teams, planning team, supply chain, and coordinators to communicate risks, identify shortages, update schedules, and establish production priorities.
  • Assist in performing SAP transactions and maintaining SAP data accuracy.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other related field.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
