Your Role
ISRA VISION is a leading provider of industrial image processing technologies with more than 1,200 employees across 25 locations worldwide. As part of the Machine Vision division of the Atlas Copco Group, a world-leading provider of sustainable productivity applications, we provide innovative and intelligent industrial solutions ranging from surface inspection to software-controlled robotics systems for smart factory automation. We have been driven by passion, commitment, and diversity for over 35 years. We are looking for an Account Manager who will support our business efforts in the Paper & Pulp Industry. As an Account Manager, you will report directly to our local Business Line Manager
What you'll do
  • Consultative sales of capital equipment in a multi-state region to support primary paper producers.
  • You will prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain a value proposition to varying levels of an organization including the return on investment.
  • You will Research and prospect new potential customers within territory.
  • Work with the customers and internal engineering team to ensure the equipment meets the customer requirements.
  • You will establish communication channels with current and prospective customers.
  • Identify key account decision makers and build strategic relationships.
  • Help our customers with solving complex automation challenges.
  • Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.
  • Achieve sales target and gross margin.
  • Create a yearly business plan that outlines the key growth plans, strategic goals and tactics for the assigned territory as well as a comprehensive market analysis for all potential sources of revenue.
  • Maintain all customer and opportunity information in CRM software, including opportunity probability, key customer notes, summary notes of all meetings, follow up dates, etc.
  • Provide forecasts and budgets (monthly, quarterly and annually) for company planning.
  • Provide market feedback and competition benchmark information to marketing and product development teams.
What we look for:
  • 3+ years of experience selling automation, preferably into paper mills.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, interpersonal, customer service, and sales acumen.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Technical competence and a solutions mindset.
  • Collaboration and team working focused.
  • Excitement about the idea of traveling. You can expect to travel up to 75% of the time for this role.
