The Corporate Accounts Receivable department is currently seeking a part-time corporate accounts receivable representative to provide general ledger and unclaimed property processing and transactional support

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.25hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:
  • answer commission inquiries from agencies
  • understand commission schedules
  • process EFT forms and maintain account information
  • provide detailed premium and commission transaction history
  • record deposits
  • answer phone calls and emails
  • make outgoing phone calls
  • assist with other accounts receivable tasks as needed
  • complete on-site training with the ability to be hybrid post training
  • work hours of 7:30 am - 4:45pm EST for 20-24 hours per week

  • proficient use of Microsoft® Word, Outlook and primarily Excel
Bring education and experience from:
  • high school diploma or GED
  • previous accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred
  • 10 key calculator experience
