- Analyzes, prioritizes and processes invoices and purchase orders including 3-way match and consistently coding of invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Manages incoming vendor invoice submissions and monitors invoice approval and processing workflow
- Makes vendor, supplier and miscellaneous payments
- Answers inquiries from vendors and researches and resolves questions
- Reconciles ERP AP balances to vendor statements and proactively resolves differences
- Monitors and resolves outstanding AP debit balances in a timely manner
What we need from you:
- Proficient in Excel
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience
