Job Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices into NetSuite for multiple locations
• Set up vendor files, maintain communication, and reconcile statements
• Prepare weekly check runs
• Assist with year-end close and issue 1099s
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
