Job Responsibilities:
• Process multi-company invoices and contract/trade partner payments
• Process daily overhead expenses and priority disbursement requests
• Assist with weekly check runs
• Review and organize existing 20-Day Preliminary Notices
• Set up and maintain vendor files
• Assist in training new Accounts Payable Specialists

Requirements:
• Experience with invoice automation and within home building industry
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Compliance:
• Background check and drug screen
