The Activation Services Specialist will work with Activation Services team to manage successful on-site implementation of large (OMPs / other) multi-event programs across Championship Management as well as implement Activation Services client programs across both Championship Management and Co-Sanctioned events as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Four years related experience in marketing, events and/or experiential programs; sports entertainment, sponsorship, or agency experience a plus
  • Strong understanding and comprehension of industry leading event and experiential programs
  • Ability to travel internationally


RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Activation Services
  • Assist with the management of the Activation Services process including discovery conversations and ideation, planning process, program build, vendor management, onsite implementation, and success measurement
  • Manage process and cadence with clients in advance of activations, including creating Activation Services agreements, weekly status calls, tournament activation playbooks, project management and post-event recaps
  • Serve as central point of contact between partners, agencies, vendors, internal TOUR departments and tournament staff. This includes serving as an on-site point of contact which will require traveling to tournaments to be present from load in to load out.
  • Coordinate approval for creative materials, manage specifications and due dates, pre-event and on-site tracking of contractual fulfillment elements and distribution of post-event materials
  • Maintain positive working relationships with vendors outside of TOUR who are involved from concept, build and teardown
  • Contribute to budget management including cost containment and internal communications; recommend, track, and report monthly budgets for Activation Services department
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
