Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. They will assist in scheduling new patient appointments, checking patients in, check patients out, assemble new patient and hospital follow up charts, and prepare patient charts. Prep charts ahead for physicians making sure records are up to date with results and information. Reviewing referrals scheduling etc.

Required Skills & Experience

* Must be fluent in Spanish (preferred) and/or Creole

* HS Diploma or GED

* Strong ability to multitask

* Great interpersonal skills

* Strong customer service experience

* Healthcare front desk experience -- Check-in/check-out or experience in a clinical call center

* Computer proficiency

* **Must be able to clear a nicotine test for onboarding (including vaping and e-cigarettes)
