The University of Florida Lastinger Center for Learning's mission is to improve the quality of teaching, learning, and childcare. Responsibilities:

Project Management
  • Document and streamline existing processes and policies related to enrollment systems.
  • Implement and configure new enrollment systems, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth integration into daily use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in enrollment processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Interpret and analyze data to derive actionable insights, contributing to informed decisions and project planning.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of user guides, manuals, and training materials for enrollment systems.
  • Take a proactive role in problem-solving and troubleshooting system issues, translating user requirements and facilitating effective communication to technical team.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to enrollment systems, evaluating and incorporating relevant advancements into daily use.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and agility in responding to changing organizational needs and priorities related to enrollment processes and systems.
Learning Services: Enrollment
  • Flamingo learning system user registration and enrollment.
  • Track enrollment. Sections, modality, numbers, instructor, facilitators/coaches.
  • Create pacing calendars for courses.
  • Collect and organize rosters for Flamingo courses.
  • Enroll Flamingo participants or send invitations to account creation and enrollment.
  • Review late enrollment requests, determine placements, and enroll or coordinate with the support team to communicate the resolution of requests.
  • Monitor and implement withdrawals
  • Add instructors, facilitators, coaches, and assessors to Flamingo and their respective courses/groups.
  • Leverage customer service experience to provide support and assistance to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to enrollment.
  • Communicate with course users and state partners on enrollment needs.
Other Data Tracking and Reporting
  • Track and verify course certifications for stipend distribution.
  • Coordinate with project leads - to determine and coordinate other data needs.
  • Researches, analyzes, and seeks resources for the resolution of issues that impede project progress.
  • Track Mastery and withdrawal rates.
  • Use Flamingo reports and data to create supporting documentation for contract deliverables and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update enrollment, registration tracking and dashboards to include but not limited to sections, modalities, registration numbers, instructors, facilitators, and coaches.
  • Utilize reporting tools to run and schedule reports, extracting pertinent data from systems to facilitate informed decision-making.

Allowing employees to stagger arrival and departure times as necessary and to vary the number of workdays in the office so long as an employee's FTE commitment is fulfilled within the university workweek. This policy also allows for occasional, incidental remote work based on individual circumstances.

May travel for assigned business purpose minimally (1-2/quarter)

Expected Salary:

$55,000- $62,500

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Enrollment Management, Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and/or Academic Advising
• Project and system implementation experience
• Experience in student information systems and CRM systems
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience in coordinated services position
• Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to visualize project management to team members using digital methods
