An employer is looking for a support engineer to sit remotely, in Charlotte NC.
The purpose of this team handles Azure Identity management, provision sync and account management.
2-3 cases in a queue handling process. These will be from high to low severity ticketing cases they will be managing.
- Will be engaged with customers through email and telephone to resolve these cases.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of Strong Experience in Active Directory Services (including ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications etc.)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience with troubleshooting complex scenarios within Active Directory Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
