A Client/Employer in Memphis, TN is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This administrative position will work onsite Monday - Friday supporting one of the executive vice chancellors of the Finance business unit, the assistant vice chancellor and the executive administrative assistant that is currently in this role. Both assistants will help support the executives by scheduling meetings, travel schedules, meeting prep, taking business notes, and reviewing emails. This role will support multiple calendars and being able to multi task at a high level. Other duties would include:
various organizational and clerical tasks, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintains filing systems, and
handling general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, drafting documents and entering data.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of executive administrative experience
MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook
Experience booking and scheduling travel
Experience with scheduling meetings
