This client is an investment company that bids on different projects and acquires companies in electrical contracting. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an office in Fairfield, CA. This person will sit onsite 5 days per week and work M-F 8-5pm PST. They will be supporting a an electrical supply house project they currently have and will need to be comfortable performing general administrative tasks as well as material coordination. The team prefers someone coming from an electrical or construction industry

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant
- Experience handling admin tasks - scheduling, calendar, filing, expenses, phone calls, etc
- Experience with material coordination they will be checking materials, coordinating materials, etc
- Proficient in MS Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Prior experience working in the construction or engineering industry
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
