The Mariemont Care Center is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admissions Director to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing and collaborate with hospital systems to ensure a smooth admission process for our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the internal admission process, coordinating with the Director of Marketing and hospital systems.
• Serve as the customer service concierge for incoming residents and their families, offering a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Assist with room readiness and ensure that all aspects of the admission process are handled efficiently.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal departments regarding admissions.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the benefits and features of The Mariemont Care Center.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in customer service and admissions processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus.
