We're looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join the Intuit Mailchimp global partner team and take our business to the next level. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring and managing a set of Strategic Partners, ensuring world-class engagement with Intuit Mailchimp, and focusing on driving mutual growth through new high-value customer acquisition, upleveling customer success, and ensuring we continue to raise the bar on partner experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, managing, and growing successful SaaS partnerships with mid-market Agency partners, be customer-focused, results-oriented, and possess strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Recruit new mid-market Digital Marketing Agencies into Mailchimp partner program through targeted, proactive, high-touch approach
- Manage and build Intuit Mailchimp practices with a set of newly acquired and existing set of Strategic Partners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their continued high-touch engagement with Mailchimp
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth
- Build effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
- Contribute to partner's new client acquisition strategy, leveraging Mailchimp's channels and assets or creating new bespoke initiatives
- Drive new Intuit powered service offerings to accelerate partner growth
- Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners
- Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
