Job Description

Plans, organizes, and manages physician based and leadership development program operations, specifically the Inclusion Academy. Coordinates and instructs in educational initiatives. Coordinates, oversees and develops online educational initiatives.

Job Responsibility
  • Manages stakeholder relationships, including clients and partner organizations to ensure learning programs align to agency objectives.
  • Oversees the design and development of new training initiatives targeted to specific audiences.
  • Ensures learning programs are instructionally sound and adhere to best practices for adult learners.
  • Supports an action learning methodology intended to define process improvement and best practice solutions to critical problems /emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborates with the leadership in assessing, validating and monitoring process development opportunities for participants within the Leadership Development Program.
  • Establishes and supports the implementation of an online learning strategy to support the changing needs of our workforce.
  • Monitors projects to observe progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitors educational programs as necessary to ensure materials remain up-to-date and relevant.
  • Oversees learning management system strategy including governance, administration team and best practices.
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion experience
  • 2-4 years experience designing and delivering education, highly preferred
  • Experience managing and delivering learning programs, preferred
  • Experience with 'Train the Trainer', preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
