Description and Requirements

Corporate Strategic Alliances is searching for an Alliances Support Specialist to support our business. The role will focus on managing C-Suite meeting engagement and logistics, oversee partner event planning and support Alliance team communications. In this role you will work across Lenovo business groups and Lenovo's most strategic partners. As a critical member of Lenovo's Corporate Strategic Alliances organization, you are representing Lenovo across all business units, geographies, and partners in developing and structuring key meetings/events. The ideal candidate must have the ability to form and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and throughout the business partner community.

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing C-Suite meeting's formation, configuration, and attendance.
  • Coordinating with partners across leadership teams in IDG, ISG, and SSG.
  • Manage alignment with partner C-Suite offices.
  • Providing comprehensive logistics documents to internal team and C-Suite offices.
  • Maintain communication across executive offices internally and externally to ensure successful engagement.
  • Adjust plans to unforeseen changes in logistical & arrangements according to executive needs.
  • Forecast strategic partner C-Suite meetings, proactively pursue opportunities, and align executive calendars.
  • Lead the management of internal and industry event planning across our partner portfolio.
    • Plan annual partner events calendar working with account leads, events teams and marketing lead.
    • Coordinate Alliance support with internal events teams on overall plan, vision, structure, and attendees.
    • Coordinate partner focus and attendance with Alliance account leads.
    • Track and assist in facilitating executive partner meetings across leadership teams in LEC.
    • Providing comprehensive logistics documents for partner interface and meetings hosted by or with Lenovo.
    • Maintain communication across executive offices internally and externally to ensure successful engagement.
    • Adjust plans to unforeseen changes in logistical & arrangements according to executive needs.


  • Lead Alliance Team Communications.
    • Providing comprehensive monthly team updates, team calendar reflecting leadership meetings & team newsletter.
    • Support internal communication messaging with GOO, business units & other internal organizations.
    • Maintain the foundation of current partner relations through frequent communication and noting updates on executive changes.
    • Identify & manage new communications streams to boost Alliance leadership in the industry.


  • Administrative duties and support:
    • Manage calendar for Alliances Leader
    • Plan, schedule and coordinate team events and large meetings from inception to completion.
    • Assist with the All-Hands and the SLT meetings
    • Create and maintain confidential information (org charts, legal documents, etc.).
    • Book complex international travel


Basic Qualifications:
  • BS Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of related experience managing C-Suite leadership teams


Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to form and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and throughout the business partner community.
