People Support Specialists are responsible for providing excellent service to team members, managers and the People team community in response to inquiries related to a broad range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to HR policy, benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems and web tools. We support the US, Canada and Latin America. An ideal candidate obsesses over the employee experience while upholding Apple's commitment to privacy.



Description
•\tRespond to inquiries related to a broad range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to HR policy, benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems and web tools.
•\tWorks on cases that are low to medium in complexity with some supervision
•\tHandles many inbound calls from employees, listening to employees needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
•\tResponsible for keeping records of information received in conversations and log it into the database
•\tDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
•\tMaintain SLA's by through strong time management and organizational skills
•\tCollaborate with other HR specialists to improve employee experience
•\tShare information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from employees
•\tEnsure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
