This position will be a hybrid blend of working remotely and out of our Hingham, MA location.

This position is responsible for allocating and analyzing the Haven Well Within store business, which includes analyzing current business trends, market feedback, and historical data and recommending course corrections and improvements based on these assessments. This position will work with merchandising, planning, and allocation, as well as key shared services functions (principally logistics) as they support in the development of the plans (depth/breadth of assortment) and execute those plans to achieve agreed upon financial targets. This position will also manage the merchandise allocation and replenishment for the business along with the management of 3rd party operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the development, analysis, and revision of merchandise and planning/allocation strategies for sales, margin realization, inventory aligning to financial strategies/targets.
  • Provides analysis related to driving business goals in weekly business in weekly business meetings and monthly planning meetings.
  • Manages information, opportunity and risk of the business and shares with leader, along with recommendation for solves, if necessary.
  • Conducts weekly reviews to ensure that buy quantities and stock levels meet current and future sales trends.
  • Oversees management of 3rd party vendors and cycle of merchandise, including replenishment.
