The AppleCare Training Development organization is responsible for developing training solutions for AppleCare Support Advisors. The AppleCare Training Instructional Designer works with business partners to identify training needs and build instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training that uses innovative solutions. Description
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain classroom, virtual classroom, and self-paced training content using traditional instructional design and rapid development strategies. Key responsibilities of this role include:

Working with business partners to conduct training needs analyses
Designing learning objectives following Bloom's Taxonomy
Building experiential activities appropriate for the targeted audience
Working closely with subject matter experts to craft, revise, and maintain training content; eventually gaining and maintaining subject matter expertise vital for developing comprehensive, accurate content
Developing valid assessment questions that correlate to learning objectives
Assisting with question vetting and updating
Participating in projects that further team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaboration
