As a Technical Project Manager (or Application Development Manager), your responsibilities will be to manage multiple teams span across various subject areas, all but not limited to application development, platform provisioning, CI/CD pipeline, database design and development in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large enterprise complex software development projects from ground up
  
• Ownership of cross-functional projects including, project definition, requirements gathering, project planning, risk management, resource forecasting, project execution, release management, change management, and vendor management
  
• Work closely with the project team and play a technical leadership role
  
• Manage best practices in information technology, software development processes and software design architecture
• Prepare status reports and communication plans for the leadership team

• Manage team work tasks and project progress in Agile Tool (Scrum / Kanban)

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years work experience with Agile

Minimum of 5 years work experience as Project Manager, SDLC

Minimum of 3 years work experience as Technical Lead, Java

Preferred Skills:

• Software development background, especially in large enterprise custom software development
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager working in technology related fields, with deep functional and past hands on experience on software development
• Extensive experience working in Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability and flexibility to manage client expectations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete projects with little direction.
• Strong technical lead and management experience with Java, n-tier and web solutions. Details on the application environment
  • Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, Angular JS, RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL), CI/CD (Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, Fargate, Kubernetes, Chef, Container, Docker)
  • Nice to have - ArcGIS , Reporting Frameworks (BIRT, Jasper), Workflow/Rule Engine(JBPM, Activiti)
