Job Summary
The Talent Development Manager will support talent management programs and processes that are strategically linked to the brand's business strategy. They will partner and collaborate with other PW members and business functions to support the planning, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of processes/programs that increase employee engagement, accelerate performance, and grow the talent pipeline to deliver business results. Including, but not limited to: performance management, succession management, talent review, development programs and leadership development.
Your Key Job Functions
• Assists with identification of assessment tools and technologies that align with the Brinkerhead competencies.
• Partners effectively with external vendors and internal resources, as needed, for talent and leadership development solutions.
• Supports the business for talent development processes, programs, and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Supports the design of evaluation strategies to collect feedback, assess the effectiveness of solutions, and make recommendations for improvements based upon external trends and industry best practices.
• Facilitates leadership development curriculum in a virtual and/or in-person instructor-led setting.
• Partners with the Talent Strategy & Development Sr. Manager and L&D team to manage learning offerings.
• Develops resources and content for the organization's development programs.
What You Bring to the Team
• 5 Years experience in a talent development related role designing and executing development processes and tools across multiple functions
• Self-motivated and hospitality oriented, with ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively with a team
• Strength in building trusted relationships and collaborating across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with talent assessments
• Project management skills to formulate a plan of action and effective execution of the plan
• Ability to communicate effectively (both internally and externally)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with competency models
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Ability to make timely decisions to solve problems and deliver results
