Application Support Analyst

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze the tickets submitted and coordinate with respective resolver groups and inform clients.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for tickets submitted by clients.
Understands software development process.
Adhere strongly to Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the client.
Expected hourly pay $24-$27/hr based on relevant experience.

Required Skills & Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or 4-6 years working experience.
2+ years experience with two or more years in similar field or in an application support environment.
2+ years experience in Application Support.
2+ years experience on Microsoft SQL Server (preferably 2008), TSQL, SSIS.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
In depth understanding of software development life cycle.
In depth understanding of the concept of relational database design and database programming.
Proven ability to provide daily, weekly, monthly reports using excel.
Experience with Ticketing Software.
Task management skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in healthcare setting (provider/payer environment) preferred.
Experience with workflow tools/business process management suites preferred.
Experience with VS Team System preferred.
