Workforce Support Analyst

Description

SAIC is seeking a Workforce Support Analyst to improve the operational flow of the Program Management Team. To succeed in this role, the Support Analyst will need to possess knowledge of cost capture, budget management, financial tracking sheets, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), proposal requirements, material tracking, and be able to create and/or improve processes.

The successful candidate will assist the Workforce Projection Analyst with invoicing, audits, and costs billed across 42 separate task orders within the program. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with teams assigned to the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) located on Eglin Air Force Base. This includes the SAIC team, subcontractors, and all government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen; Preference given to prior service members and individuals familiar with Eglin AFB (AFRL)
• Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance; Will consider candidates who previously held an active clearance
• B.S. or M.S. in Business Administration (or equivalent), or Statistics
• Develop and institute systems, planners, trackers, processes, and procedures
• Perform Account code setup for cost, fee, travel, and material purchases
• Ability to create & navigate Purchase and Change Orders
• Review & submit financial reports; prepare financial projections and program funding requests
• Manage project budget, spending, and summarize projected expenditures
• Approve procurement requests and support development of Cost Volume Proposals

• Schedule and facilitate meetings, work sessions, decision-making processes
• Experience with Workforce Analyst Tool for Cross Matrix and Coverage planning
• Utilize Costpoint financial and timekeeping system
• Experience with Equipment/Material purchasing, tracking, and management
• Knowledge of CDRL framework and delivery
