Position:POS Support Analyst
Location:Onsite in Orlando, FL
Duration: Contract to Hire
Rate Range:$28 per hour
Position Overview:
This resource will be supporting a technology refresh project in support of a large restaurant chain. The team will be refreshing Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handheld devices and payment systems. The POS Support Analyst will sit onsite in the corporate office but provide remote support to end users in the restaurants.

Requirements:
1. 1-2+ years experience POS System troubleshooting
2. Experience with teams/Microsoft and windows
3. Good communication/Team player, someone who is easy to train and who wants to learn
Preferred Experience:
1. ServiceNow
2. DASH POS Experience
3. Restaurant experience
