The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Radiology is actively seeking applicants for a non-tenure-track clinical experienced faculty member, with an academic rank commensurate with experience. This position will help lead a 20-member pediatric Radiology department while serving as a Leader in clinical and/or educational operations. This is a replacement position for a retiring experienced professor and Associate Medical Director of Radiology at the children's hospital. Le Bonheur Children's Hospital is regularly cited by US News and World Report as a top 25 children's hospital with modern and regularly upgraded equipment. Radiologist experience and subspecialty mix and the corps of the fellows and rotating residents make it an exciting academic environment. Interest in nuclear medicine is a plus but not necessary.
The successful candidate must be able to work with all general pediatric radiology modalities. There are separate IR and neuro-radiology sections. Must be willing to take call and provide weekend coverage at a rate of about 1 in 12. This position will include teaching responsibilities for general pediatric fellows, rotating residents, and medical students on elective.
Qualifications.
Relocation is not required, however, the work is on-site.

Qualifications.
- Must be CAQ-eligible or have CAQ in Pediatric Radiology
- Successful Completion of a pediatric radiology fellowship is necessary as is
- Eligibility for an unrestricted license as a physician in Tennessee
- DEA license
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
