Under the general direction of the District Labor Compliance Manager, a Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), the Associate Contract Compliance Analyst is responsible for resolving the more complex issues, performing audits/investigation, and negotiating with various individuals or groups while administering and enforcing various contract provisions pertaining to Federal and State Public Works Requirements: Prevailing Wages, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprises (DVBE), Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Federal On the Job Training (OJT) and the Prompt Pay Act. The individual must have full knowledge of and be able to interpret and apply State and Federal labor laws and regulations that are administered as part of the Department's contract administration obligations.

Multiple positions may be filled from this recruitment.
Work environment is an office space with artificial light, climate control and cubicle space. The incumbent will also be required to visit field offices and construction sites. Incumbent will be exposed to the elements consisting of sunlight, wind, rain, and dust at times in the field environment. Incumbent may be required to operate a State vehicle in a safe and responsible manner during the normal scope of their daily duties. Possession of a valid driver's license is required to operate a State owned or leased vehicle.
