We're looking for an Associate Director, Business Analyst to:

• Establish and operate effective project governance, ensuring appropriate representation from key stakeholders.
• Organize requirements-gathering activities using a variety of internal and external data and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Based on requirements, identify set of tasks, activities, dependences and hierarchy of the processes (business processes, sub processes and process components) and draft diagram of the overall process for Process Modeling.
• Design pragmatic software solutions to address business problems, while considering the strategic future state model.
• Act as the primary contact between the business users and technology team before, during and after the project implementations.
• Assist in quality control and project management.

Your expertise

• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or eight (8) years of experience as a Principal Consultant, Business Analyst, Engineer, or a related occupation.

• Position requires experience with:
• design and development of enterprise software in a distributed environment within the financial services industry;
• capital markets;
• asset classes including equities, fixed income, and FX;
• business analysis;
• SDLC using Agile or Waterfall;
• understanding of processes associated with employee conflicts of interest modules including trade pre-clearance, employee affirmation, broker registration and licensing & control room functions;
• querying databases using SQL and documenting the analyzed results.
