Hybrid Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Junior level Business Analyst to work onsite for a large client and to sit onsite in Groton, CT. This person will be helping support their data analytics and IT Transformation This person will be meeting with end u and stakeholders, alongside the Project Manager to conduct requirement gathering sessions and write requirements to bring back to internal IT teams. This person will be creating process maps in Visio and working in a strong team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with Power BI and Data analytics
Strong knowledge of translating business requirements to technical requirements
Experience creating process maps and workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise level environment
Experience using Visio for documentations and workflow creation
