Associate Director, Tech Quality & Test Engineer

We're looking for a Associate Director, Tech Quality & Test Engineer to:

• Determine the high-level test approach and test strategy for testing software applications being developed by UBS.
• Leverage a combination of manual tests and automated tests to ensure software meets quality requirements.
• Work in an Agile environment and coordinate testing with Product Owners and relevant stake holders.
• Confirm the test approach and testing results. Communicate issues with the Scrum Master as well as other Agile teams to ensure quality criteria is met. Participate in all Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates and feedback.
• Write automated tests using current framework to ensure efficacy of repetitive testing.
• Coordinate a group of testers to ensure end-to-end testing needs are met.

Your expertise

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Associate, Senior SiteMinder Engineer, Associate Consultant, or a related occupation.
