We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in B2B equipment sales, preferably with a background in material handling or battery-powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will be adept at the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a knack for building strong industry relationships and networks. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office is required. The role offers a competitive salary with commission, and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO to impact the company's bottom line. Pay: 60k - 90k & 90-110k with commission

Full-cycle sales expertise, encompassing lead generation to deal closure.
Competence in managing provided leads and independently sourcing new ones.
Skilled in outreach initiatives, including cold calling and email campaigns.
Adept at customer engagement, preparing quotes, and executing purchase orders.
Proficient in logistics coordination, proposal development, and pricing strategies.
Proven track record of cultivating industry connections and expanding professional networks.
Confident in face-to-face interactions, networking at trade shows, and client engagement.
Versed in conducting virtual meetings and familiar with sales in the material handling or industrial battery sectors.
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive to address challenges.
