Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team as an RBT Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective behavior analysis services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training workshops for RBTs, including instruction and hands-on practice of behavior-analytic principles.
  • Assess RBTs' understanding of training materials, ensuring they meet competency standards and are aligned with our company's protocols.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Training Manager to maintain consistent training practices and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of behavior intervention plans to ensure fidelity and effectiveness.
  • Maintain records of training attendance.
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week through the delivery of group treatment sessions in the clinic setting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCaBA certification with active status.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, with a strong background in training and supervising RBTs.
  • Prior experience in developing training materials and curricula.
