Benefits Analyst

Solomon Page is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to join a well known Austin brand in the healthcare space. This role will be critical in managing and optimizing the employee benefits programs. The position starts ASAP and will be on contract for at least 90 days, located in North Austin. The perfect candidate will come with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of benefits administration and excellent communication skills. This position will be on site in the North Austin office.

• Pay Rate: $45 - $55/hr

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee benefits program including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability, HSA, wellness and 401(k) plans.
• Creates reports around benefits analytics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Serve as point of contact for employees regarding benefits.
• Reporting any issues in timely manner.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure data flows.

Require Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience with HRIS applications such as ADP, Oracle, SAP or Workday
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits programs.
