One of Insight Global's construction clients in the San Diego area is seeking to hire a dedicated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their on-site team and contribute to their efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized individual with a strong background in administrative roles within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and site supervisors.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents.
Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for staff and project timelines.
Prepare and submit reports related to construction projects.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual proficiency in English & Tagalog or English & Spanish.
Previous experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency with QuickBooks.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of working in an administrative capacity.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
