You will:
  • Perform administrative support functions for the staff in our Corporate Compliance team.
  • Organize and coordinate data, information, and activities.
  • Learn specific functional area processes, procedures, products, policies, and programs (i.e., privileged communications, compliance-oriented processes, etc.).
  • Perform duties, such as calendar management; schedule and plan meetings; record meeting minutes, draft correspondence, make travel arrangements; gather information; write, edit, proofread documents and reports; manage spreadsheets, assist with projects.
  • Respond to internal and external customer needs.
  • Demonstrate discretion and a commitment to confidentiality and privacy, safety, and quality.
  • Assist with other tasks and duties necessary.

Minimum Qualification:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an office related position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written and organization skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an office related position
  • Experience with Concur

This is a part-time, in office position: Days: Tuesday-Thursday Hours: 9-3
