About the team
TikTok's (Content) Partnerships team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our top 100 global media accounts by developing strong, executive level relationships, strategic partnerships, landing core platform narratives, securing incremental growth (primarily content but in alignment with media, marketing, GBS teams) and providing best in class service.

The Brand & Strategic Partnerships Manager will report into the Central Lifestyle & Education Lead, leading the Brands sub-vertical. They will develop and nurture high level relationships with global and NA brands, securing incremental growth in content, leading their content strategy and delivering methodical and market-leading JBP and HBR cycles delivered at executive level to the top NAL partners. You will work closely with GBS and other XFN functions to align Organic and Paid strategies, to prove the value of both working closely in tandem.

This is a global role with a comprehensive scope: experienced communication and relationship building skills, proven industry experience and the capability to work across countries, continents and cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Create, align and deliver a clear lifestyle brand collaboration strategy for H2 2024 in order to deliver growth and maximize value
- Cascade central content strategy to corresponding global lifestyle stakeholders
- Build and nurture key partner relationships in order to build strategic partnership models
- Partner with Lifestyle Head and BD team on core accounts from the NAL to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate on strategy with partner management team to create aligned strategy, as well as champion the onboarding and management of key accounts
- Work collaboratively with GBS, MKT, Creator Team, and other XFN teams to capture full potential for the Lifestyle accounts that are both a customer and a partner, co-creating annual Joint Business Partner agreements that include growth, product adoption and revenue
- Partner with Growth and Development team to build best-in-class narratives and solutions for lifestyle brand and strategic partners

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate has experience across lifestyle industry partnerships, business development, content strategy and team management
- Deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in content operations
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and the needs of brand partners
- Understanding of local business dynamics, including understanding or intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the marketplace
- Creative approach to business development that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our lifestyle partners and ability to sell this narrative and value prop
- Understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities

Preferred Qualifications
- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership
- Ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills, as well as strong team management skills
- Experience in product preferred
- MS/MA/MBA considered a plus
