Role : Budget and Financial Analyst

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Pay : $32 - $34 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Distribute monthly budget to actual reports to Budget Managers and ensure distribution to Property Management and Executive Management
• Implement and maintain monthly variance analysis by property, identifying key trends and variance from budget
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Budgets in preparation for monthly financial review meetings
• Review monthly expense trends for variances
• Prepare monthly financial indicators report for distribution
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Budgets to oversee and manage the budget process to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of annual operating and capital budgets for all Managed Entities to external investors and regulators
• Lead budget review meetings

Requirements:

• 4 years of financial analysis experience
• Forecasting experience
• Systems: Excel
