The Onboard Products and Inflight Entertainment (IFE) team is looking for a Product Analyst to support the design, testing, and implementation of digital and inflight experiences that enhance the overall customer journey. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth integration of the IFE strategic roadmap and maintaining operational efficiencies in alignment with United's brand standards. The Product Analyst will play a key role in test case development, executing testing cycles, documenting results, and communicating product requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital product testing and project management, with a focus on customer experience flows.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IFE programs and build relationships with external partners and vendors
• Lead pre- and post-production testing cycles, including in-flight testing and coordination with vendors
• Ensure partners and vendors comply with operating standards and model processes
• Define and create test cases for product features during development cycles under management guidance
• Resolve post-production issues and triage solutions across teams
• Track key decisions, action items, and follow up on deadlines while holding stakeholders accountable

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead projects towards successful outcomes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test steps based on product requirements and customer experience.
• Experience in manual, functional, and integration testing of digital products.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask across different project components.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across all organizational levels.
• Ability to understand customer experience flows and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with executive audiences.
