Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract job with a client in Pennington, NJ (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with experience in data modelling.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Primary Skill - Business Analyst

The agile analyst will work with IT and the Business to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Responsible for combining business and technology skills with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills. Serves as the ultimate facilitator between Business and IT in truly understanding the business's needs and plays a key role in the overall management and success of a project through the entire project lifecycle.

Required (hard) skills/experience

• Agile tools/ Jira

• Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 - 7 years of experience as a Technical Business analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in the definition of strategies for the technical solution

• Experience in Agile methodology

• Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to communicate and work with Developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied

• Ability to communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements

• Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
