Job Summary

The Business Office Analyst will provide relief to registration as necessary, will interface with visitors, patients, family members, and physicians on the phone and in person. Assists with daily accounts reporting and corrections such as DNFB. Assists with monthly report reviews such as Up-front collections report.

Required Skills:
  • Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good computer skills: Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to utilize electronic health care record system for documentation to patient accounts/record
