Project Manager

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration: 6 months (with possible extension to a total of 12 months)

Hybrid Schedule: onsite 2 or more days - local candidates only

Technical Skills

Data Analysis:

Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Advanced skills in using data analysis tools such as Excel.

Project Management:

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience in tracking project progress and driving tasks to completion.

IT Knowledge:

Familiarity with IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.

Familiarity with IT key performance metrics (lagging and leading indicators)

Reporting:

Ability to create comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards

Proficiency in report generation tools and techniques (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI,).

Critical Thinking:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report generation.

Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of key business metrics and how they relate to IT performance.

Ability to align IT activities with business objectives and goals.
