Financial Operations Analyst

LaSalle Network is working with a client to support their seasonal support of the Cash Reconciliation Process. Our client is in search of a Financial Operations Analyst. In this position, you will work with other members of our client's US-based Revenue team, as well as cross-functionally with their Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams. This position is remote.

Financial Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

• Reconcile employer payments with corresponding invoices
• Coordinate with employers to ensure timely invoice adjustments and payments
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through communication with employers, collaboration with internal teams and financial adjustments
• Assess and improve current processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Generate internal and external reports related to repayments

Financial Operations Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• This is a 3-month contract position with a pay of $20-22 per hour
