The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements to support the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and ensure that the functional and design efforts meet the needs of the business. Assist as required with investigating and solving production support issues.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements to support capability requests from multiple business stakeholders.
• Work with internal partners to ensure functional and design efforts meet the needs of the business.
• Create data mapping documents such as Source-to-Target mappings.
• Create high level process flow diagrams.
• Write User Stories in Azure DevOps
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities for business intelligence.
• Assist in production support activities for BI systems, including incident management responsibilities.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Business or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of technical business analyst experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools like MS T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps boards and Agile frameworks
• Experience with Salesforce reports preferred but not required
• This position will be a hybrid role and requires at least 3 days in-office per week
