The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a critical role in optimizing processes within the dispute and fraud department. By leveraging their expertise in software programs, business strategies, and data analysis, the BSA collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and mitigate risks related to fraudulent activities.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Proficiency in building workflows and process maps in Visio
- Strong Knowledge of implementation projects from inception to completion
- Ability to collaborate and work directly with stakeholders ( including management and IT professionals) to understand Business needs.
- Strong experience in gating requirements and solution design: translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Design workflows, process maps, and system enhancements using tools like Visio.
