A large retail & commercial bank is seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in workflows, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the financial industry. In this role, the person will be responsible for driving the data remediation efforts in the CDO. The role is preferred to be hybrid remote onsite to Quincy/Dorchester MA twice a week but for the right candidate can be fully REMOTE. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities.

The Business Systems Analyst will be supporting testing of new cloud JIRA data quality workflow and assist in conversion tasks moving from on prem to cloud workflows. They will also support the DQ and Methodology team with various tasks as assigned during conversion, most conversion changes and stabilization of the DQ process. The ideal candidate should be familiar with JIRA workflow, and testing methodology. The BA ideally has a background in testing workflows (e.g. JIRA), have an understanding of workflow, Agile Scrum, and development lifecycle. Overall, the BSA will need to be proactive and demonstrate excellent communication skills as they will present in chair meetings discussing organizational data and future directions of the company.
