Indotronix is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead in Phoenix AZ location

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead

Position Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office - 2 remote

Phoenix AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Acceptable time zone(s): most of the team works EST but flexible to AZ time zone as well

Initiatives/Projects:

Site Reliability Center- Resource needed to develop or review process documentation supporting SRC Policy and Procedure documentation. Process Documentation, Ongoing Process Improvement identification and execution, support ITIL functions for the SRC

Industry background: technology background required, banking is a nice to have. Candidates should have a technical background with a concentration on process and process improvement

This is a new organization- policies need to be in place and process improvements need to be made, so it's important that this team is resilient as they support all pillars of the SRC

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and refine process documentation in various formats including written and workflow formats to align to higher level policies and procedures
• Recognize and evaluate opportunities for process and workflow improvement
• Generate report and presentation materials utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
• No project work. They are a RUN organization and support 24x7 operations.

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Office tools including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (VERSION- Always the latest- 365)
• Collaboration tools including:
• Teams
• Confluence - no particular version; Client is up to date
• Process mapping
• Jira

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Project management
• Leadership skills
• Risk background is a plus

Soft Skills:
• Highly organized, detail oriented, results focused
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Years of experience:

Level 4 7 years and up
