Position: Methods and Procedures Specialist

Location: Remote

Years of Experience being requested: 3-5 years of experience

Intended length of Assignment: 12 months

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Those with content/technical writing experience AND UI/UX developing experience will do well in this role.

Must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Qualification/skills required:

• Needs to have intermediate level experience with Agile delivery.
• Experience in writing desktop procedure
• Technical or non-technical development projects, either as a PM, Business Analyst, OCM
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Strong written communication skills
• Development of training guidelines
• Development of written materials that describe end to end process
• Strong analytical skills evaluating and designing new processes
• Analysis and solution development
• Process improvement experience

Interviews:

1 hour interview with Manager then a panel interview
